Ian King, Residential Sales Manager

Humberstones has been established since 1937 in the field of commercial property and expanded into the residential sector in 2002.

We deal with all types of residential properties, from apartments to quality, large detached homes. Geographically, our office is well placed to serve residents in and around the Quinton, Halesowen and Oldbury areas, as well as Romsley and surrounding villages.

Ian King, FNAEA, our Residential Sales Manager has twelve years experience in the business of property sales and was previously the branch manager of a corporate estate agency in Worcester. He has a degree in estate management for both the residential and commercial sectors. He is a fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and has NVQ's Estate Agency and Customer Service. Ian's priority is to look after customers and ensure that they receive excellent service.
